Ragu di Carne
Soffritto: onion, carot, celery
Ground meat: beaf and pork
1 clove
Tomatoes - pelati/peeled
Red wine
Fry the diced onions, carots and celery in olive oil then add the ground meat.
As the meat is cooking, pour in 2 glasses red wine and let the mixture evaporate. Then add the tomatoes (pelati), salt, pepper, one clove.
Cook on a low heat for an hour or more, adding some water or some tomato sauce, if necessary.
