ONE DAY COOKING CLASS
4 hours hands-on cooking class and preparation of a multiple-course meal in a country home.
A suggestion for those travellers who like just a short culinary experience.
Morning arrival at country home at 10:00. Visit of the "orto", the family garden to learn about herbs, bushes and to collect fresh vegetables. Then, the hands-on cooking lesson. Lunch. Departure in the afternoon. On request: transfer from/to train station/Visit of a dairy, a farm or olive oil producer.
LONG WEEKENDS
At your rental: 4 hours hands-on cooking lessons for 3 or 4 days. You may combine the cooking class with one or more tour or walking tour.
COOKING HOLIDAYS
You may spend 4 or 6 days experiencing a mix of touring and cooking. Mornings, our local guides will be with you for city tours, square markets tours, wine&food tours. Afternoons, at your rental, cooking class with final meal.
Recipes and other material will be provided during the class.
