Eel with tomato sauce
Cut a fat 1 kg. eel in thick pieces, fry ½ onion in olive oil then add the eel and cook for 5 minutes.
Add a spoonful balsamico, 4 spoonful tomato sauce, 2 smashed onion cloves, parsley, salt. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Add some water, boil 15 minutes more.
