dark chocolate (rudely chopped)

sugar (2 spoonful)

Liquor (alchermes or rhum …) or coffee
Mix ricotta, with sugar and one glass milk, to obtain a creamy consistency.
Add chopped chocolate, sweetmeat.
Fill a bowl with liquor or coffee, dip the ladiesfingers and decorate a cake dish or a big bowl with them, all around and the bottom of the bowl. Inside, pour the cream, live it in the freezer for several hours ( 8-9) until you get a
“cassata”.
Take it out one hour before serving.
