Learn the best techniques to make handmade pasta (and sauces) as well as learning about the history of Italian food, cooking traditions, traditional tools, local, seasonal products etc.
We will prepare the menu of the day altogether, Michele and Daniela will supervise your "hands on" class from remote, providing instructions, information and topics about the single dishes.
The length of the class is about 2 to 2,30 hours.
What you need
A portable device with a camera, audio and broadband internet connection. You will receive instructions how download and install Zoom Application and the link inviting you to join your class.
After booking book your online cooking class you will receive a confirmation email with the detailed menu of the day, the list of the ingredients and the required kitchen tools.
The cost of a Cooking Class Vouchers is 35 euro p.p. The class is confirmed for minimum 2 vouchers and maximum 5.
Every voucher relates to 1 Zoom connection.
