tomatoes or tomato sauce

Fry the garlic with olive oil, then add tomatoes and sage, salt, pepper.

Rinse the lentils and boil them. When they are ready, add the sauce.

​You can eat as a soup with toasted bread, farro or rice, as a purea, with toasted bread, as a side dish after draining.
