This section is named after my greatgrandmother Emma, who left us a whole collection of handwritten recipes enriched by old sayings and wise advice. Here you can find old seasonal recipes. Write to customize a menu to impress your friends for special events.

UMBRIA HOLIDAYS

Day 1:
Transfer from Rome (airport/Hotel) to Perugia
Possibility to visit Orvieto and Todi (if schedules allow)
Accomodation

Day 2:
Morning: wine tasting and visit Montefalco and Bevagna with guide
Afternoon: free time, cooking class

Day 3:
Morning: visit of Trevi, visit a mill, guided oil tasting, visit of the oil museum, guide
Afternoon: free time, cooking class

Day 4:
Full day visit of Norcia and Valnerina with guide, lunch with typical products

Day 5:
Morning: visit of a cheese producer, cheese tasting. Urban trekking in Perugia, visit of a weaving factory and chocolate tasting with guide
Afternoon: free time, cooking class

Day 6:
Transfer to Rome (airport/hotel)
