This section is named after my greatgrandmother Emma, who left us a whole collection of handwritten recipes enriched by old sayings and wise advice. Here you can find old seasonal recipes. Write to customize a menu to impress your friends for special events.

RURAL UMBRIA

Day 1:
arrival and accomodation

Day 2:
meeting with the guide - walking tour + packed lunch - free time
cooking class (pasta or pizza/bread making) followed by dinner and wine

Day 3:
cheese tasting tour, guided visit of a dairy (sheep breeding), pecorino and ricotta cheese tasting-free time
cooking class (cooking with cheese and herbs), followed by dinner and wine

Day 4:
guided wine tour, wine tasting and brunch - free time
cooking class (umbrian meal) followed by dinner and wine

Day 5:
departure
