You will happen to meet Michele, a professional cook, with longlasting experience in restaurants, keen cook in italian-umbrian cooking.

Happycooking hands-on cooking lessons at your rental: cooks provide the material and the ingredients for the cooking class. They are bilingual. The menu includes Umbrian and Italian dishes and it is offered a basic technique of Italian and Umbrian/Tuscany homecooking traditions using local and typical products and a selection of umbrian wines. During the lesson connections and anecdotes with history and culture will be given. The lesson lasts 3 hours ca.
